RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY

ReVedic Naturals endeavours to ensure that every transaction on our website is seamless and without any hassle. We take great care in delivering our products and adhere to the highest quality standards.

Return and Exchange Policy

  • We do not offer returns or exchanges on products which are delivered in perfect condition.
  • If you have received a wrong / damaged product, we can replace this with the exact same item. Goods can only be exchanged if it is returned unused and intact, or by providing proof of damage / defect.
  • Please email us within 3 days of delivery if you want to apply for an exchange, with relevant proof (photo or documentation) as seen necessary. We will have our customer care contact you as soon as possible.
  • We will email you detailed instructions on how to exchange your product once you receive our exchange confirmation.
  • Please mention your order number in the mail that you send to us.

Cancellation Policy

  • We only accept cancellations within 24 hours of the order being received.
  • Orders cannot be cancelled if they have been picked up by courier already.
  • In case you need to cancel your order, please contact our customer care or send us an email with your order details.

Refund Policy

  • All products once purchased are non-refundable.
  • No Refund shall be made once goods are sold.
  • In case of valid cancellation, refund will be processed within 7 working days.

www.revedic.com reserves the right to cancel any order without any explanation for doing so, as per the circumstances where the requirement could not be met. The company will ensure that any communication of cancellation of an order or any applicable refund will be made in a reasonable time.
